pcCrafter collects personal information that you provide when using the pcCrafter.com web site. This information includes your first and last name, email address and a password when you create your pccrafter.com account. You can browse this Site without creating an account, but you will need to create an account when you purchase something and in order to take advantage of certain features, such as "Wish List," "Past Downloads", some promotional downloads and the other pccrafter.com services.

When signing up for a pcCrafter newsletter you are required to enter your email address. we are committed to protecting the online privacy of visitors to our websites. Your information will not ever be sold or traded to a third party. You may unsubscribe at any time by changing your newsletter subscription status in your Profile Area.

We may ask you to confirm your personal information when you contact our Customer Support department. This will allow us to protect your confidentiality by verifying your identity. pcCrafter does not share, sell or rent customer information, including, but not excluded to names, addresses, email addresses, etc. with any individual or company.

When you visit pcCrafter.com, you will be assigned a permanent "cookie" (a small text file) to be stored on your computer's hard drive. The purpose of the cookie is to identify you when you visit pcCrafter.com so we can enhance and customize your online shopping experience.

You can choose to browse on pcCrafter.com without cookies, but without these identifier files you will not be able to complete a purchase or take advantage of certain features of the site. Any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity may be grounds for termination of your account at the sole discretion of pcCrafter, and pcCrafter may report such activities to appropriate law enforcement agencies.

You shall notify pcCrafter of any known or suspected unauthorized use(s) of your account, or any known or suspected breach of security, including loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of your password or credit card information. pcCrafter will work in cooperation with you and any law enforcement agency required to resolve the situation.

We reserve the right to use or disclose any information without notice or consent as needed to satisfy any law, regulation or legal request; to conduct investigations of consumer complaints or possible breaches of law; to protect the integrity of our site and our property; to protect the safety of our visitors or others; to fulfill your requests or to cooperate in any legal investigation.

When you make a purchase from pcCrafter.com, we collect your name and payment method information, such as credit card information. We collect this information in order to bill you for your purchase. We also collect information that allows us to ship your order. This includes the name, address, and phone number of the intended recipient(s). This information can be updated and modified at anytime. Simply go to “Edit My Account” and update information that you wish.

Credit Card info can be stored for ease of shopping at pcCrafter.com. This information is encrypted and secured by pcCrafter. You may also choose to delete this information after each transaction if desired.

By confirming your transaction at the end of the checkout process, you agree to accept and pay for the item(s) requested.

All orders, memberships and purchases on the pcCrafter website are in U.S. funds. pcCrafter is not responsible for changes in exchange rates with other currency types. Any charges and/or refunds will be calculated in U.S. funds only.

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. For your convenience, you will not be charged until your payment method is authorized and your order is processed. In some cases, such as downloads, this process happens immediately, whereas if the order is paid by personal check or money order availability of purchase may be delayed until payment is received by pcCrafter. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge or issue a refund check. All download purchases are non-refundable, unless the item or items ordered are duplicated.

pcCrafter has an automated billing system for the convenience of its pcHugClub members. By submitting the sign-up form you are aware that we will repeat this billing as per the plan cycle chosen, unless you contact us by phone or email (i.e. If you sign up with the Semiannual plan, we will bill you the appropriate amount every six months.) Applicable state taxes will apply to plan charge. When you subscribe to the pcCrafter pcHugClub, you pay for the content that is published for a particular month, not for a 30 day period. The pcHugClub content changes on the first day of each month. pcCrafter’s automated billing cycle begins the 25th of each month. If you join as a monthly member during this cycle you will be billed twice; once for the current month and once for the upcoming month. You will receive the content for both months. Please refer to the pcHugClub sign-up form for current membership pricing.

With respect to any pcHugClub membership purchased, if you cancel your membership before the initial term of your membership has expired, you may be entitled to a refund depending upon the following. You will be obligated to pay for each month the membership has been active, including the month the cancellation of membership is submitted. Upon cancellation you are responsible for the retail value of any and/or all promotional CD’s or content you received during the duration of your membership.

For example, if you signed up for an annual (12 month) membership and wish to cancel after five (5) months, then you would be charged for (5) months of membership plus any promotional content (CD’s or pcCrafter credit) and refunded the difference, if any. Any membership cancellations must be submitted to pcCrafter prior to the 21st of each month in order to be processed by the last day of the current month.

Any cancellation request received on or after the 22nd of the month will take effect the last day of the following calendar month.

pcCrafter offers upgrades to the basic pcHugClub membership options. The prices of these upgrades vary depending on the basic membership duration. Please refer to the pcHugClub signup form for a breakdown of these prices and services.

pcHugClub CD Service is an upgrade offered to pcHugClub members. pcCrafter will send you a CD during each month of your pcHugClub membership with that month’s content.

Please note: Not all pcHugClub members have paid for Font Service. As a result we are NOT able to have it be included on the monthly pcHugClub CD. LD Fonts Sets will be listed in your member profile and available only as a download.

Lettering Delights designs a graphical alphabet and 2 true type fonts to coordinate with each pcHugClub Creatable. The font service upgrade allows you access to each of those collections.
